Victoria Roznowski is a PhD researcher at the Chair of Digital Building Technologies (dbt) at the Institute of Technology in Architecture, ETH Zurich. Her research, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), focuses on hollow-core 3D printing technology for architectural applications.
Prior to joining ETH, Victoria was awarded first prize in the student category of ICON’s global Initiative 99 competition for her design of a universally accessible 3D-printed home for Community First! Village in Austin, Texas. She is the founder of Addit Studio, where she has collaborated on architectural-scale 3D printing projects, including Belgium One, the first 3D-printed residential housing project in Belgium, developed with Nexus and Drieskens & Dubois. She has taught digital fabrication and robotic simulation at TU Berlin, TU Braunschweig and PAACADEMY, conducted applied research on bioreceptive architecture at the startup Urban Reef in Rotterdam, and developed ceramic 3D printing workflows. Victoria holds an M.Sc. in Architecture from TU Berlin and a Master’s in Biodigital Architecture from UIC Barcelona.
